We’re reaching out with a reminder about an upcoming change to the way you log in to IntelleChartPRO (ICP). As part of a vendor-led update, users will begin logging in with their US Eye email addresses instead of usernames. This change is part of Nextech’s Unified Identity (UID) implementation, and while it won’t significantly impact your day-to-day access, it is a required update to keep us aligned with platform enhancements.
🔐 What’s Changing?
- You’ll log in to ICP using your US Eye email address (e.g., john.doe@useye.com)
- The login process itself remains the same
📅 When Is This Happening?
The update will be made after hours on Wednesday, July 9, so you’ll see the change when logging in on Thursday, July 10.
We’ll be sending several reminders ahead of time to make sure the transition is smooth for all users.
