Our ophthalmologists benefit from a vertically-integrated OD:MD care model, extensive patient referral network, and a full dedicated team of work-up technicians, scribes and diagnostic support. Benefits & Compensation
- Competitive, guaranteed base salary for initial period plus bonus if production formula exceeds base salary
- After initial period, compensation is based on production formula only, with significant upside potential
- Sign-on bonuses are available for high caliber candidates

Albemarle Eye Center operates five locations across Eastern North Carolina. Over the decades, the practice has cared for generations of families, building long-term relationships.
Carolina Eyecare Physicians provides care at 18 locations in coastal South Carolina, also utilizing a US Eye owned and operated surgery center in Charleston, SC.
Center For Sight operates 17 locations across Southwest Florida. The practice has pioneered the development of the vertically integrated OD & MD eye care model.
For over two decades, Griffey Eye Center has been a pillar in the community providing comprehensive eye care in addition to advanced cataract and glaucoma care.
Kelly Eye Center operates four clinics, including specialized cataract clinics, in the Raleigh region. Dr. Kelly and his team of optometrists are premier providers in the region.
Lake Eye Associates provides care at six locations across the Central Florida area. For over 40 years, the practice has expanded to meet the significant growth of the area.
Retina Health Center is a leader in retina services in Southwest Florida. The practice participates in numerous clinical studies to advance patient care.
