The patient satisfaction survey tool emails a survey to all patients who have had a comprehensive eye exam or surgery at your practice. The survey allows patients to provide feedback by rating their experience from 1 to 5 stars.

If a rating is received between 1-3 stars, we consider that to be a negative survey. In this case, the patient has the option to send in feedback directly to our team. These negative surveys are immediately received by the US Eye practice to review and respond to accordingly
